Neil has been recording and performing as The Watershed since 1988. He has built a solid reputation both as an innovative and energetic session player and as an artist in his own right. He has performed at the“Music Live!” Shows at the SECC, Birmingham NEC and Frankfurt Messehalle as well as some less salubrious venues !

Angus started off his musical life learning the Accordion when he was 5 years old. He then went on to win five British Championships before starting to learn piano.

Over the last ten years he has performed and recorded with Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), Paul McCartney, Craig David, Rick Nowels, Maartin Allcock, Nick Bicât & Dr Fred Freeman as well as releasing his own solo album ‘long road’ in 1999 and two duo albums with violinist Ruaridh Campbell ‘Simple Tricks’ (2002) & ’18 Months Later’ (2006). Angus was also part of the band which recorded the soundtrack of the ITV series "Distant Shores"

 

Alan has been a professional drummer since the age of 17 and has performed in virtually every musical style. He has toured with Dionne Warwick, Dr Hook and Ben E. King and has also recorded on over 20 albums with artists as diverse as Horse and Ford Kiernan and The Joz Tenuto Big Band("Swing When You’re Minging"). Alan is currently playing in the West End Theatre production of "Footloose" with Cheryl Baker.

Larry has a well deserved reputation as a Producer, noted for his creativity, multi-instrumental skills and attention to detail. He has produced albums with Skin on Skin and The Breeze and enjoyed recent chart success with The Cosmic Rough Riders. His distinctive bass lines blend with Alan’s right foot to form the humping backbone of The Watershed’s sound.
